100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Every order is custom-made, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless Xtreme Design makes an error in production.
- Orders under 500 pieces: All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued if an error occurs on our part.
- Orders over 500 pieces: A sample must be requested and approved before production, or the customer must approve artwork to proceed as-is. Once a sample or artwork is approved, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers may request changes within 24 hours of purchase by messaging, calling, or emailing us directly. After 24 hours, production will move forward as confirmed.
